The Eccellenza Italiana award is designed to recognize and reward a particular establishment / property who has distinguished it self in preparing, executing and offering products and services with clear evidences of "VERITABLE ITALIAN INGREDIENTS" both imported and / or from Certified domestic Suppliers and Providers. Eccellenza Italiana Award strongly adheres to the Truth in Dining Advocacy Group against counterfeit and falsification for the honorable purpose to protect consumers from misinformation.
Establishments are selected based on Cuisine, Service, Wine List, Decor, Hygiene, Design, Hospitality, and Italian Philosophy on Health and Wellness. The operation's objective is in the utilization of technical processes reflecting the Gastronomy of Italy, based on historical and cultural reflections of the Mediterranean essence and lifestyle.

The Specialita' Award  is designed to recognize and reward particular dishes, both Savory / Sweet and Street food offerings, who are truly prepared in accordance with honest, authentic and quality ingredients, reflecting the philosophy of the Regional Culinary Repertoire of Italy with veritable technical practices.
Classic preparations are strongly suggested following guidelines and well-researched historical and cultural backgrounds of the Specialita' you wish to enter for review and consideration. Establishments -properties may be recognized for as many specialties as it qualifies.
